Who we are

The information we use
- Orders and contact details: your name, email, telephone number if provided, billing and delivery addresses, purchases, payment status and transaction information.
- Personalisation: the names, text, colours and other choices you give us to prepare your order. This can include a gift recipient's name.
- Conversations and reviews: messages sent through email, our contact form or live chat, and any review details or photos you submit.
- Website activity: device and browser information, IP address, cookie identifiers and actions such as viewing products, adding items to your bag and completing an order, subject to your privacy choices where required.
We receive information directly from you and, where relevant, from our store platform, payment providers, delivery partners and advertising tools. If you provide someone else's details for a gift, please only give us what is needed to fulfil that order.
Why we use it
- To fulfil your order: processing payment, preparing personalisation, delivering your parcel and handling cancellations or returns. Our legal basis is performing our contract with you. Where an order contains a gift recipient's details, we rely on our legitimate interest in fulfilling the gift you have requested.
- To help you and protect our shop: answering questions, resolving issues, keeping the website secure and detecting fraud. We rely on our legitimate interests in providing customer service and running a secure business, or our contract with you where the enquiry concerns an order.
- To meet our obligations: keeping records and dealing with legal, tax or regulatory requirements.
- For optional marketing and advertising: where required, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies, Meta Pixel and promotional messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We need certain contact, delivery and payment information to accept and fulfil an order. Without it, we may not be able to complete your purchase. You can shop without agreeing to optional advertising tracking.
Who receives information
We share relevant information with providers who help us operate the shop: our ecommerce and customer-support platform, payment providers, makers and fulfilment partners, delivery companies, and professional advisers where needed. Advertising information is shared with Meta as described below. We may also disclose information when required by law or to deal with a legal claim.
Payment and express-checkout providers process payment details under their own privacy notices. If you choose an optional payment service or follow a link to another website, its privacy notice will explain how that organisation uses information.
Our store platform
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which processes information when you visit and shop with us. It also provides enhanced services using information about your interactions with our shop, other merchants and Shopify. Information can be shared with Shopify and service providers in other countries for these purposes.

Cookies & Meta Pixel
Essential cookies and similar technologies help the shop work, for example by remembering your bag and supporting secure checkout.
We use Meta Pixel to measure how people find and use our shop and to help make our Facebook and Instagram advertising relevant. Information can include browser and device identifiers and events such as product views, additions to your bag and purchases. Meta can connect this information with other information it holds, including your account where applicable, as explained in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Where consent is required, optional advertising tracking depends on your permission. You can accept or reject it through the cookie controls and revisit your choices using Cookie preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. If the controls are unavailable or you need help, email us.
You can also manage advertising preferences through your Meta account. Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser may affect some website features; it does not necessarily remove information already collected.

Information outside the UK
Some technology, payment, advertising and fulfilment providers operate outside the UK, so information may be processed in other countries. How long information is kept
Retention depends on why information is needed. We consider the time needed to complete orders, provide support and handle returns, the record-keeping periods required by law, and any outstanding dispute. Cookie and advertising information is also subject to the relevant provider's retention periods and your privacy choices. We do not intend to keep identifiable information longer than needed for these purposes.
Gifts for children
Our shop is intended for adults buying gifts. An adult may give us a child's name to personalise an item; we use it as part of preparing and supporting that order. Please avoid sharing unnecessary information about a child in personalisation fields or messages. If information has been submitted in error, contact us.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent.
You can object to direct marketing at any time. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests, taking account of your circumstances. Use any unsubscribe link in a promotional email or contact us at the email address below.
In some regions you can also opt out of the sale or sharing of information or its use for targeted advertising, and appeal a decision about a privacy request. Email us to exercise an applicable right. We may need information to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You can raise a concern with us or complain to a data protection authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You do not need to contact us first to make a complaint to the ICO.
